They are not changing it in the Summer.  They are changing the time IN THE
WINTER.  So, there will be days here where the Sun won't be up until around
9am or after.  No, I don't want that just so the Sun can stay out until
5:30-6pm on an handful of days that will likely be clouded over at
eveningtime anyway.

And you don't get MORE daylight, they are just moving around the time of
day you get it.
