At this time, pibbs.raspberryip.com is now active, and appears to be working.
I invite anyone to help me confirm that everything is indeed working on that
address. Again, only ports 23, 80, and 24554 will be open.

If I wish to make this 'quick' fix permanent, I will have to go through and
make sure everything is updated in the nodelists and hubs...and signatures and
adverts...yay...(-_-)

Meanwhile, if the original, no-ip, address stops being stubborn, that too
will point to my Pi...
