Hehe, I typed 45.6071,74.6042 into Google Maps and it brought me to the middle of Lake Balkhash in Kazakhstan.

Something told me that wasn't correct so I entered 45.6071,-74.6042 instead and I was plopped down almost halfway between Montreal & Ottawa which seems more plausible, assuming of course you're not an amphibious Kazakh...  ;)
