A well cooked pasta dish is normally pretty good, but if the chef's having a bad day!....

I would have been able to eat at least 90% of that dish. People are amazed that I'm not huge and over weight with what
I've packed in.. %-)  It's only in the past couple of years that I've put on any amount of weight. (I'm normally around
the 75-78Kg mark)...
