The thing is, businesses are not entities unto themselves.  They are collections of people.  When "Baskin & Robbins" says something, it is actually a few execs, marketing people, whoever, saying that.  The company is not saying anything.  These "values" aren't from employees or shareholders.  Saying it is the company which represents this or that, is a fraud.
