Here in California, the ESB/bitters market has dried up, to be replaced by 
everyone's copycat IPAs. It's a shame, Red Hook and Fullers ESB were two of 
my favorite beers.

Now, I'm settling for Anchor Steam brewery's Liberty Ale. Think global, 
drink local...
