No.  I don't currently have a radio capable of picking up shortwave, but I
used to enjoy listening when I was a young teen.  WRNO out of New Orleans
was available on shortwave, and played rock-and-roll, back then.  As this
was during the Cold War, I also enjoyed listening to Radio Moscow, like a
spy, as if they might give away some secret.

I would sometimes pick up stations where it sounded like someone was
shouting to the masses in Spanish.  I had taken at least half-a-year of
Spanish by then but they talked too fast for me to make any of it out.
