A former prez. to Latvia, Vaira Vike-Freiberga, stated that  
"Putin is a narcissist , psychopath, egomaniac and unhinged",  
all in one sentence. Trained as a psychologist, she is probably  
 actually qualified to say that.  She stated that he does not  
care for the well-being of other people.
