Maybe. For me, I'm a casual audiophile... I think. I didn't spend thousands of
dollars on equipment but I did spend enough over the years for that immersive
experience of enjoying vinyl, tapes and CD's that sound good "to me".

I'm in it more for the music than I am of the tech of how that music is
delivered. Not a fan of or use any streaming services except Sirius XM.

I still record mixtapes - actual cassettes, for my car, which probably says a
lot although lately my recordings are from XM as I refuse to pay for a second
subscription.
