In SE Queensland, there is no DST, but between the climate and the early sunrise (can be around 04:45 in summer), the locals have a lifestyle that revolves around early mornings and nights. They're in bed by 9, and up early. It's a common thing to take a walk around sunrise, before it gets too hot. It works well, and as a morning person, it's a lifestyle that I find easy to adjust to. ....
