No biggie. And besides, going further back in history, several _days_ don't exist, because of the switch from the Julian to Gregorian calendar. The exact number of days depends on where you're talking about - different countries switched calendars in different years, with Russia being among the last in the early 20th century. The other implication is different parts of the world had different dates at the same time. So I don't think an hour is going to be a big deal. ;) ....
