Short answer is no, and I'll have to consider my options.  I can't directly
install the old point release on a 64bit OS, I must've still had a 32bit
install last time I ran it.

Leaves me one of two options, reinstall a 32bit system on something or
wrestle ioquake3 to a standstill. The former is probably easier so long as I
can find a box.  The latter well, it'll probably be more useful going
forward.
