Hearing about GrubHub creating web sites for their customer's restaurants and routing calls to their call center is unethical. Seeing how they then calculate the cost of calls to their customers is horrendous. It's deceptive looking at a google search for a restaurant and seeing competing third-party services that the restaurant may or may not be involved with. I live in an area where there's not a lot of delivery. I have one nearby pizzeria that delivers, for the rest I'm fortunate to be able to drive and pick up the food. Since 2020, however, most restaurants have improved their ability to do takeout, so there's more choice if you're able to pick it up yourself. ....
