Rosie's market in the Sunset district in San Mateo has the Prawn Cocktail 
crisps. I was handed one while driving home at night and didn't know what I 
was eating...

ObPost: to answer the original question, Have'a Chips, small batch tortilla 
chips salted with soy sauce. I first had them in college at Stinson Beach in 
Marin County, California and looked for them for years. They've gotten more 
popular now.
