It stops HR. That alone is reason enough. It stops SJWs.  It stops other
miscreants. It stops private enterprise.  It probabaly stops silicon valley.

That is more than good enough.  You still lock your doors, even though a
dedicated government agency could still get in there, or a committed thief.
