Usually sour cream & onion (Lay's or Ruffles) or barbecue (usually Lay's).  I also like Ruffles All Dressed.

One time I had some ketchup chips (I think from Lay's) that I liked, but ketchup chips are hard to find in the US.  I've heard Old Dutch ketchup chips are pretty good.
