So, that's a phone 'feature'? Meaning it has nothing to do with your service
provider?

I would assume this to be the case, especially if incoming calls are being
forwarded when your phone is off. But, did you not also say that callers
*are* reaching your voicemail when you're busy or not answering? Are the
forwarding numbers all the same, and is that your voicemail?

I have never made use of call forwarding. Having only one phone, it makes no
sense for me to do so.
