Kind of, though I was too young to remember the early 80s, and still a bit young to really appreciate the movies and music of the time.

I miss more the local things we had here, the markets, places used to go to, the laid-back attitude that Australians had back in the 80s (which we lost in the late 90s).

The movies and music are still around, so I can't say I miss them.  Some TV shows were pretty good, and hard or impossible to get hold of now.
