I listen to lots of differnt music styles, but my top genres are metal and country.  Especially thrash/groove/metalcore metal.  I find it relaxing, oddly enough.  Helps me deal with crazyness all around me.

I only drink beer and sometimes wine.  No liquor.  That was a source of issues for me long ago.  Ended up causing problems with women, the law, you name it. That is why it had to go and I don't drink liquor at all.

In addition, I only have a certain amount of beer at any one sitting.  That way I control what I drink and the drink doesn't control me.  I do like beer, though.
