I simply adapted.  When I couldn't train with a group, I trained alone or with
one other (which was permitted all the time).  If I couldn't use regular
venues, I made do with what I could use.  To deal with the lack of social
contact, I became active on ham radio - a perfect activity for lockdown. 
BBSing was also a good lockdown activity for the same reasons.

And if I wanted to get out of the house, I came up with the "coffee stroll" - a
walk to a nearby cafe, pick up a take away coffee and then continue walking. 
Often done solo, but occasionally with a friend.
