With me, it was simply preferring a clear head in the morning that led me to
quit the drink.  My therapy of choice for dealing with psychological issues is
exercise and hobbies, along with the occasional social coffee. :)

I often joke that my "meds" are large doses of iron (gym) and speed (sprints).
