Shut the computer off, put headphones on, gently lower the tone-arm on your 
favourite vinyl LP and chill out in bed. Put on some stupid TV show while
listening to music and see if anything syncs-up. Assuming you have a hi-fi
system in your bedroom?

You will notice I'm not one to tell you to stop drinking or drugs. Its your 
life and I believe you are roughly my age, old enough to not need people 
on some silly net to hold your hand or telling you what to do or when to stop.

You're smart enough to run a BBS so you know how to sort this out.

some occasions took things far worse than on some silly message net. And paid
