As an early riser, I prefer DST, but even with DST, December is a pretty rough
month for getting sleep, because the sunrise is so early.  I'm glad it doesn't
rise at 5ADM.

Interestingly, I don't have this issue in Queensland, where the sun rises much
earlier, because they tend not to keep as late hours in the evenings.
