Hmm, across which road (it's on a corner :P ).  2 constraints for me:

1.  NOT a bar/pub - I don't drink alcohol or sugary soft drink.

2.  Given the current covid situation, outdoors (and even without covid, my
autitory processing will thank you  for it).
