That is a good strategy.

BBBS does no conversion. If you hatch abcdefgh123.zip that is what your links
will get.

BBBS just takes/uses the filename as it is.

That could be a problem for DOS based BBSs. The filegate still has an 8x3 filename rule because there are still BBSs around that are DOS based.

BBBS is very 90's. I don't think Kim has looked at the code around tic files in
a very long time. I'll ask him to look into into but I doubt he will.
