Oh it's a file that has been created by Owen at Paranormal Panorama BBS. I'm just distributing it. Owen thought others may wish to use it, and if not, not stress either...

I'll often hatch out files created by sysops that they wish to share more widely with the community etc.

So yeah, if it's not your cup of tea, that's all good just ignore it.

I really only spotlighted this one as there had been issues in hatching the first one out due to spaces in the file name and issues with mailers getting stuck handling it.

At present I think I have about 5 nodes I can't contact as I think their auto-ban settings have kicked in on my IP after repeated earlier failures trying to deliver the file with the naming issue. :(
