It's a shame you've been discouraged Mickey, because these sound like the
very reasons you should pursue such a project. I'd love to dabble in the whole
FTN thing, but neither time nor patience is on my side at this point; I don't
tend to stray far from familiar territory these days.

It's always a shame when someone allows another's ignorance to stand in the
way of knowledge.
