For me my list would include:

1).  Anything I can cook on the grill
2).  I can do a quick Indian Curry meal that gets high marks
3).  Spanish friends taught me a great Tortilla/Fritata 
4).  I will do something in the multi-pot cooker like pulled pork or roast
beef
5).  Can do a quick Cincinatti-Style Chilli that folks ask to take the
leftovers wit them
6).  If caught out for Breakfast, I can do a breakfast version of the
Fritata, or something like Apfeldunkel (basically rings of apples in a
pancake batter) on the quick.  An old hunter showed me how to do great
"Bullseyes" which are slices of bread with a circle cut out and filled with
egg.
