I dhave an air fryer. I don't use it much.

You can throw in nearly any other thing you would use a regular fryer for. It
is fine for sausages and even fillet.

That said, I tend to use the fireplace more if just because I am more likely to
already have it burning for heating. I may as well throw a pan in and fry my
things on it when needed.
