The whole deal is the mess, having to fill the deep fryer, deep frying the fish 
and the chips and then having to clean everything up... Beyond that I have a 
good batter recipe so that is half the battle. Plus there is a place not to far 
away from us the not only has excellent fish and chips but also a first rate 
ginger beer. (They have been in business for close to 50 years.)
