Hello, 

I have recently created an Ubuntu VM to install ENiGMA again. 

I used the install script, all went fine, but I am stuck at creating the
config file:

$ ./oputil.js config new
usr/bin/env: 'node': No such file or directory


I remember that there were a few environment variables that needed to be set,
but could not find them at the docs...
