There are two values of concern under the 'users' block in config.hjson:
* preAuthIdleLogoutSeconds: Seconds before idle logoff *before the user is
logged in* (default: 3m)
* idleLogoutSeconds: Seconds before idle logoff for authenticated/logged in
users (defualt: 6m)
