The big one to me is not being able to configure the scanned bases for users, and only having (so far as I could find) a global new scan. I'm guessing if you use an offline reader or access through gopher (which is insanely cool that it supports) or nntp it's much less of an issue.

Don't get me wrong - the software looks amazing and I was shocked at how easily I got it up and running and how snappy it was.
