Just a few minor updates --

* Form submit 'action's can now, in addition to being a simple string such as
@menu:someMenu, or an array of ACS-driven matches, be a simple array of items
of which a random choice will be made. For example:
action: [
  "@menu:fancyMenu1"
  "@menu:fancyMenu2"
]
I'm using this to show a random Top Achievements on Xibalba that has the same
form/layout but different art, theme, so on.

* Updates to docs around ACS and more info on the above

* InfoZip package is now the default external processor for zip files.
Previously this was 7-Zip but some versions of p7zip on *nix have bugs :(

* It's been mentioned, but auto-sigs are in place :)

WFC work very slowly coming along. Speed up once it starts snowing hehe
