You may be in the mood to speed things up, especially on the work front, but
not everyone shares your desire to push ahead as quickly as possible, so make
allowance for those whose ambitions don't match your own. Try to be a little
less forceful.

You may find it impossible to avoid a feud of some kind today but that's a
good thing. For too long you have been papering over the cracks and the only
