Position Fair.

Cyclone is moving south 27 knots.
Expect sustained winds of 65 knots close to the centre easing to 60
knots by 120600 UTC and then easing to 55 knots by 121800  UTC.
Phenomenal sea easing to high to very high sea and moderate to  heavy
swell.
