Tonight..Cloudy. Snow beginning this evening. Amount 5 to 10 cm. Wind
 becoming southeast 20 km/h gusting to 40 this evening then becoming
 west 20 gusting to 40 overnight. Temperature rising to minus 2 by
 morning. Wind chill near minus 10.
Wednesday..Flurries ending in the morning then cloudy with 30 percent
 chance of flurries. Amount 2 cm. Wind northwest 20 km/h gusting to
 40. Temperature falling to minus 8 in the afternoon. Wind chill
 minus 10 in the morning and minus 15 in the afternoon.
