The trouble is that Microsoft removed NTVDM support and you need to do some real hacky stuff to get NTVDM support back - http://www.columbia.edu/~em36/ntvdmx64.html What I have is a 32 bit Windows 7 VPS slice hosting all of my DOS doorgames. It works well and I don't have to change core parts of my OS to do so. Al> Also, what do you have to make copies of when you are backing up a Al> Mystic BBS? I tried to copy only the files in the C:\MYSTIC directory Al> but that messed me up for a while. I finally got the BBS working again Al> but it was a pain. Any ideas for running doors? I run backup scripts using rsync in linux but not Windows, sorry, can't help ya :) I'm sure there is some Windows backup 3rd party thing you could use and point it at your Mystic directory. --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A48 (Linux/64) * Origin: m O N T E R E Y b B S . c O M (21:4/173) .
