I'm not really sure what you're asking.. if you click on a web link in
magiterm, it should open your web browser. 

if you mean clicking on a telnet or ssh url in your web browser, on
linux it should open up magiterm (or at least a window with magiterm as
an option).

On windows, you would have to set it up as the handler for telnet / ssh
urls if you want it to open them.
