I am using door.sys on my DOS BBS.  There is a program that comes with BRE,
SRDOOR, that runs before BRE in the door batch file which reads the
door.sys and creates a setup file which BRE then reads.

Do you have BRE configured to read your drop file type, and do you have
SRDOOR set to run before BRE in the BAT file?
