Just pushed MagiTerm v0.9.96 to the build server and updated the Win32
build.

New things: page-up page-down work in the listings, also in the dialing
directory you can start to type a bbs name and it will jump to it (hit
escape to reset).

New Hang up command.

Improved Zmodem dialog.

No more macOS build. You might be able to build it yourself as I haven't
removed the macOS specific code, but macOS is no longer supported.
