Hi everyone,

I am trying to understand how to FREQ a file using Netmail, but i cannot find
my answers on the net :)

I think i should be sending an email with FREQ 'Name of the file' as a subject,
but to whom should i be sending this request to ? sysop@xx.xx/xx ?
