So I did a quick read through the code, and realized that it's sending just
fine, and looking where I'd expect the code to look for messages.

But I don't really know how data gets to my FSX_DAT message base when it
comes from another BBS. I was expecting it to just be another echomail
message, or maybe a netmail message, but neither are arriving -- nothing in a
different FSXnet base, either, so far as I can tell.

So I feel like I'm missing something, but don't have the knowledge base to
have a good idea on what I'm missing.
