On linux signal 15 is SIGTERM, a signal sent to terminate a running program normally. I don't know if signal 15 is the same on OS/2. It must be some kind of error if the program is termianting at that point though I could only guess what. Tommi Koivula on probably others could help you with an OS/2 setup in the BINKD area. Tommi actually has recent OS/2 builds of Binkd availale for freq. Blue White also has an OS/2 binkd setup and might be able to help.
