Worked last evening installing new menus for TG/2 from the RG2TG package out
there. These are smokin'! Have to work this evening until 7 PDT...but will be
working on converting all the menus I can over to the new look.

Also want to thank everyone for going over the Bink issues the past few days.

With 4 days off...should be able to start doing some tests to open TG/2 up to
the world.
