OMG, I figured it out & it was something so small...

In my binkd.cfg I had:

domain fidonet C:\TG\\echomail\\out 1
domain fsxnet C:\\TG\\echomail\\out 1
domain testnet C:\\TG\\echomail\\out 1

But what I failed to see was the second missing backslash after C:\ on the
fidonet line.  What tipped me off was I noticed binkd created a
C:\TG\binkd\TG\echomail\out directory which I thought was odd.

I deleted that directory again, ran binkd and it re-created it.  Went back
into binkd.cfg and went through it line-by-line and that's when I found that
one missing backslash.

Deleted that directory once again, re-ran the poll to fidonet and BAM! it
finally sent!  I deleted everything that was in there first and sent another
message from Telegard just so they didn't get 10 test messages all at once.

Thank you both Deon & Al for the second and third set of eyes on this, I
really appreciate it!
