 Na> Log into router > Click Security > Apps & Gaming > Single Port Forwarding
 Na> From there,  you want to "Add New Single Port Forwarding"
 Na> Application Name (Pick something useful like "telnet")
 Na> External port (Set this to whatever you want it to be on outside network)
 Na> Internal Port (Set this to 23)
 Na> Protocol (Set this to either Both or TCP) 
 Na> Device IP (Set this to the internal IP of the bbs machine)
