  I was with them for 15 years.  I paid 3 times to increase my speed,
  after a month they would lower it back to 6mb/s.  I would wait on hold
  for 6-9 hours then they would charge me again to increase the speed.
  After the third time, I told them to shove it right up their ass.

  Don't expect any sort of tech support.  They were the best, they are
  now the worst.  They just blame the cable or phone company when
  something goes wrong.
