These companies here love to lock down whatever equipment they allow you to
use. It's almost like those North Korean radios which only pick up the
"right" channels.

Want to see some real sad stories...look at what happens when the government
wants to take over a cable/internet company from a private company. Said
private company will head to court to stop it from happening...even though
they may not be in said area.
