Here is what he means:
 
domain fidonet E:\\FIDO\\OUT 1
domain fsxnet E:\\FIDO\\OUT 21
domain scinet E:\\FIDO\\OUT 77
domain gtpower E:\\FIDO\\OUT 276
domain ilink E:\\FIDO\\OUT 454
domain micronet E:\\FIDO\\OUT 618
 
Notice that they all are pointed to E:\FIDO\OUT.  Your path should be
whatever your Zone 1 default path is.
 
I have it working fine here.  Pretty easy to set up if you have set up
binkd on a *nix or other machine before.
